Refund policy

At SolHearth, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, you may be eligible for a refund under the terms outlined below.

Eligibility for Refunds

To qualify for a refund, items must be returned in their original condition—unused, undamaged, and with all tags and packaging intact. Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.

  • Furniture, Mattress, Outdoor, and Kitchen items: Must be disassembled (if applicable) and repackaged securely for return shipping.
  • Lighting, Decorative, Pet, and Tools: Should include all original components and manuals.

Non-Refundable Items

Certain products cannot be returned for refunds, including:

  • Custom-made or personalized items
  • Products marked as final sale
  • Opened mattresses or hygiene-sensitive goods

Return Process

To start a return, please contact our support team at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. We will provide a return authorization and shipping instructions. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the refund status. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. Delivery fees are non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please email [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery with photos and a description. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
